Refund and Cancellation Policy
We would rather you leave happy than stay annoyed. This page says exactly how cancellation and refunds work.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason:
- In the app, under Billing, with one click, or
- by emailing support@encoreposts.com from the email on your account. We confirm within one business day.
Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your data remains available for export during that time. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Encore is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to the first payment on a new account only; renewals are not covered by the guarantee.
Renewals and unused time
Subscriptions renew monthly. We do not refund a renewal for the part of a period you did not use, except where the law requires it or where we caused the problem (see below).
Post packs
A purchased post pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its posts have been used. Once posts from a pack have been generated, the pack is non-refundable.
If something is our fault
If the service was unavailable for a significant part of a billing period, or a fault on our side prevented you from using it, write to us. We credit or refund the affected time. We would rather hear about it than have you guess.
Consumers in the EU
Encore is sold to businesses. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the service starts immediately, you agree at checkout that it begins during the withdrawal period; you can still withdraw within 14 days and will be charged only for the part of the period used, but our money-back guarantee above is more generous and is what we apply in practice.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net.
